We greatly enjoyed well-appointed rooms and reasonably priced food.

It had good and absolutely perfect location just next door to less than 1 mile for the mall, and Car park. There was a non-smoking restaurant nearby.

The hotel was gorgeous and comfy, appreciated garden view from our suite. We ate at a good restaurant at fast food or fine dining. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Exceptionally nice location within easy walking distance of a shopping mall. Early check in & the service was good.

Clean and ideal place with attentive staff. Favourable and perfect location for our visit to a shopping mall a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Also, in the posh bars of Istanbul. Reasonably priced meal at non-smoking restaurant. Really good stay, as always.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with knowledgeable and professional staff. Mr Mehmet Zafer Er and Ms Nilgin were particularly outstanding. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and food was good. The family room option was excellent for our family, with a half bath and two bedrooms. The included breakfast was a big plus.

When we checked in we pay extra 15€ for breakfast for two people for one night When we checked out they told us that it was 15€ per person After a dispute they reduced the cost to the original. Also we did not like that we had to give a warranty of 300 Turkish lira on the check in

This hotel really surprised me with its value for money. Despite being located in a strange neighborhood, it offers affordable prices and great attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and provided a real 5-star service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all essential amenities, making me feel at home. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection and good quality, especially the delicious strawberry jam. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to basic amenities, such as a spa, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and gym.

All was well; no improvements needed.
